Had an issue w two toilets in my home. Christopher was communicative, informed, and thoughtful. He also cleaned up his mess after he took apart my toilet, which I can easily say has rarely happened with other plumbers. 10/10 would recommend.

Had some issues with the water heater. After some research for services, I found JD Service Now. Call them and with a quick and attentive respond they sent one of their expert, in this case, Mark Coble. Mark was very professional and very happy to answer every question. He was very thorough on the service that was needed and explain the complete job. After a few minutes he came up with several options and packages that went from a simple but right solve to a more complete and added features for a more secure system. Their prices were right on point, plus the service and attention, I decided to go with them. But nothing is done till is done. It was a difficult job, a 75 gallons tank in a 3rd floor attic, it's no easy task. The day of installation Mark came with an assistant and they did an excellent professional job. The job was very clean and on time. At the end he take some time explaining again the job done. EXCELLENT!!! Fully recommended!

I am so pleased with the prompt professional service I received from JD Service Now. I contacted them late Friday afternoon...frantic that I had what appeared to be moisture on my kitchen wall & I had run out of hot water. From the receptionist to the dispatcher, I was spoken to in a very courteous manner. They listened to my concerns & assured me that a technician would come out the following day 8am-9am. Joshua was here promptly at 8AM. I explained the issues we were having & he immediately inspected my water heater & determined that my 21 year old water heater needed to be replaced. He provided us with several options, estimates & an explanation of the warranties. He was both professional & friendly. He & another technician worked diligently removing our old water heater & installing a new one THE SAME DAY. We are so grateful for such fast excellent service. Cannot speak highly enough of Theron and JD Service Now. Great communication, quick availability, worked through a full replacement of all my water heater components, replacement of those components with warranty parts directly from the manufacturer, and ultimately a full water heater replacement before my issues was resolved. The best part is, they only charged me for the work that actually fixed the problem. They are timely, thorough, and it's easy to talk to a human when you have questions. Easy 5 stars.
